Our Veterans are a national treasure that we must always honor. They transcend generations, ethnicity's, and economic backgrounds but all have one thing in common: they selflessly served in our nation's defense. We will never know all the threats they repelled for us just be standing watch--but when threats arose, so did they...to stop them in place and keep us all safe.

Because they took care of us in ways that we cannot do on our own, we must always take care of them.

I fully support Veteran benefits, to include health care and Veteran outreach programs which provide these brave men and women with life's necessities--particularly when they cannot furnish them for themselves.
